Paying for your gifts
Here at the Gift Marketplace, we accept all the usual payment options, so paying for your puzzles and gifts couldn’t be easier! So whether you’re looking to pay by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo or JCB, you can do so at your convenience. We also accept payment via Paypal as well. If you would like to pay by cheque, you can do so (of course) but only for orders over £25 (UK only).
All prices shown on this web site, whether for goods or carriage, are in GBP (Pound Sterling).
Receiving your gifts
Our orders are usually despatched within two working days, but please allow up to five days for your puzzles and gifts. In practice it is usually next working day or same day.
In the extremely unlikely event of you receiving your gifts in a damaged parcel, please get in touch with us immediately. Don’t forget to keep the item and all its packaging for inspection by the carrier.
Running out of your gifts
There are occasions when items are out of stock. We will always email you with an anticipated despatch date (usually within a week) so that you have the choice of waiting, changing or cancelling the order.
Changing your mind
We all change our minds sometimes, and we appreciate this at the Gift Marketplace! So if you are unhappy with your puzzle gift for any reason, just return it to us undamaged, within 14 days, and we will refund you the cost of your puzzle! Please use a “signed for” service as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels, and unfortunately the original postal charge and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
